- If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
- If the payment used via debit card or credit card, Refund may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchanges

- If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please provide photo evidence of the issue.
4. Cancellation
- No cancellations after an order is placed, both full payment or pre-payment.
- No refunds are allowed even in the case of full payment.
- No refunds on down payment even in the case of preorders.
