RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • We only accept returns if the item(s) have a factory defect within the day.

1.2 Non-Eligible Items for Returns:
  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Refunds will be issued for eligible returns.

2.2 Refund Process:
  • Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.3 Refund Method:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • If the payment used via debit card or credit card, Refund may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Exchanges


3.1 Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


3.2 Exchange Process:

  • If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please provide photo evidence of the issue.


4. Cancellation


  • No cancellations after an order is placed, both full payment or pre-payment.
  • No refunds are allowed even in the case of full payment.
  • No refunds on down payment even in the case of preorders.


Please check the product(s) carefully before making a purchase. Once the item has been taken outside the store premises, the store is no longer responsible for any issues that may occur with the product/s.
